The lobby had a good atmosphere but the room was somewhat plain and the gardens (the main reason I chose this hotel) was much smaller than I was expecting. Instead of spending hours there blogging and whatnot, I spent about 10-15 minutes there realizing I probably wouldn't go back there. Aside from my disappointment with the gardens, it was a nice hotel and I was given very good customer service (they had problems with my room and were going well out of their way to take care of the problems very quickly). -Shane I just thought I would contribute a little. stayed at the Kyoto Grand for PDC08 and I was somewhat disappointed by it. In previous visits to LA, I'll took the Bonaventure and really, it is an awesome hotel. Thanks anaway for the tip that loads of attendees will prefer the Bonaventure, which I will do as well.
